| How do you deal with the sample to the customers? | |
| In general, if the customer needs the sample to test, they are required to pay the sample by T/T in advance. The sample cost will be deducted in the first products order. The price of sample is same as the product quotation. |

| What is your payment item for order? | |
| Pay by L/C is the best way for us. In the mean time, we also could accept pay 30% deposit in advance by T/T; and the rest pay by L/C at sight. The detailed payment items could be negotiated in contract. |

| The MOQ of purchase order is 100pcs. It is for one kind product; and also for several products total. In addition, the MOQ of our automatic soap dispenser is 500pcs. |

| Our monthly production quantity for standard products is 3500pcs in 30 working days. The sample will be dispatched once received the sample payment. |
